For Adults

You’ve purchased your concert tickets…now double the value and pleasure of your KSO experience by taking advantage of these wonderful presentations ahead of and after the concert.

AfterWORDSPrelude: One hour before the start of Masterwork Series concerts, join Executive Director Jessica Mallow Gulley and special guests as they give a sneak preview of the evening’s themes. Sit wherever you like in the hall, and gain an insider's view of the performance that makes the concert itself even more fun and interesting. Concluding at about 7 p.m., you will have plenty of time to enjoy a drink in the lobby, hear the Student Performer Showcase, and find your seats again before the show.

AfterWORDS: Approximately 5 minutes after each Masterworks Series concert, you are invited to remain in the auditorium for a post-concert discussion, "AfterWORDS." This new feature is designed to give you more information about the concert in an intimate, interactive setting. Each AfterWORDS experience will begin with some words from the conductor and soloist, there may be a selection played from the evening's music, and then we will proceed to taking your questions and interacting with the audience.
