Ticket & Season Subscription Options
Subscriptions: Season 2022/23 subscription packages go on sale now! Subscribers to the 2019/20 and 2021/22 seasons should have recieved their Renwal Package Information in June. Renew your subscription via mail or over the phone (269-349-7759, M-F 10-4) by July 31 to keep your seats and get the best seats available before single tickets go on sale in August. You may also subscribe in person at our downtown office in the Epic Center, 359 South Kalamazoo Mall, Suite 100, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., Tuesday-Friday.

Pandemic Safety Measures
As important as music is to us, safety remains our number one priority. KSO is committed to following current venue, public health, and safety guidelines. Audience capacity will not be limited for KSO performances unless conditions and guidelines require it. We are still evaluating what the Symphony's health and safety policies will be for the 2022/23 season. Please be assured that if you subscribe today, and are uncomfortable with our health and safety guidelines when they are announced, we will work with you to ensure you recieve the full value of your subscription.

When can I purchase tickets?
All tickets are on sale now!- Where can I purchase tickets to KSO concerts?
There are several ways to purchase tickets to KSO concerts: - Subscribe online today!
- Purchase individual concert tickets online
- Call our office weekdays between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. at 269.349.7759.
- Visit us in person at our Epic Center office: 359 South Kalamazoo Mall, Suite 100, weekdays from 10 a.m. - 4 p.m.
- Visit the Community Box Office in the Epic Center lobby weekdays from 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. (closed 1:30-2 p.m.), or call 269.250.6894.
- Purchase individual concert tickets through the Miller Auditorium Ticket Office, online or in person.
- These outlets are the only organizations authorized to sell Kalamazoo Symphony tickets. Third-party organizations may sell Symphony tickets at an increased price. We are unable to exchange, refund, move, or make adjustments to any tickets purchased through an unauthorized third-party vendor.
Will I receive tickets after I place an order?
Orders placed within 14 days of the concert will be held at will-call, meaning you can pick them up at the venue on the night of the concert. Otherwise, they will be sent via standard mail.What if I lose or don't receive my tickets?
If you lose or don't receive your tickets, please arrive at the concert venue early so we can help you at the auditorium box office.Do my tickets from a cancelled 2020 concert apply to season 2022/23 concerts?
No, tickets from concerts that were cancelled in the spring of 2020 cannot be used for similar concerts that are scheduled for the 2022/23 season.
What are my options if I can no longer attend a concert?
In the event of an illness or conflict, you may: credit the amount to your account; donate the tickets to the KSO to offset production costs; or exchange the tickets for a different concert. Please call the Symphony offices at 269.349.7759 to make a request.My question wasn't answered
