2021-22 Concert Season

Welcome to the 100th anniversary celebration of your Kalamazoo Symphony Orchestra! We are excited to safely return to the concert hall with you and look forward to celebrating the centennial milestone together.

Ticket & Season Subscription Options

Subscriptions: Season 2021-22 subscription packages go on sale Tuesday, August 24, 2021. Regular subscribers will begin receiving the season information in their mail boxes during the week of September 7, 2021. Subscribe online, via mail, over the phone (269-349-7759, M-F 10-4). You may also subscribe in person at our downtown office in the Epic Center, 359 South Kalamazoo Mall, Suite 100, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. weekdays.

Single Tickets: Tickets to individual concerts go on sale Monday, September 13, 2021.

Pandemic Safety Measures 

As important as music is to us, safety remains our number one priority. KSO is committed to following current venue, public health, and safety guidelines. Audience capacity will not be limited for KSO performances unless conditions and guidelines require it. Masks are required at KSO concerts based on Miller Auditorium and Chenery Auditorium guidelines.

General Information

We look forward to welcoming you back to the concert hall for our 2021-22 concert season! We plan to present all concerts in person. Online streaming may be available for some concerts, and we will announce those when they are available.

To ensure that you receive important concert updates, we recommend adding the following email addresses to your email program's address book:

Common Questions

  • When can I purchase tickets? 
    You may begin ordering subscription packages on August 24, 2021. Tickets to individual concerts will be available for purchase starting September 13, 2021.

  • Where can I purchase tickets to KSO concerts?
    There are several ways to purchase tickets to KSO concerts:
    • Subscribe online beginning August 24, 2021
    • Purchase individual concert tickets online starting September 13, 2021
    • Call our office weekdays between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. at 269-349-7759
    • Visit us in person at our Epic Center office: 359 South Kalamazoo Mall, Suite 100, weekdays from 10 a.m. - 4 p.m.
    • After September 13, purchase individual concert tickets through the Miller Auditorium Ticket Office, online or in person
    • NEW: After September 13, visit the Community Box Office in the Epic Center lobby weekdays from 10 a.m. - 6 p.m. (closed 1:30-2 p.m.) 
  • Will I receive tickets after I place an order?
    Orders placed within 14 days of the concert will be held at will-call, meaning you can pick them up at the venue on the night of the concert. Otherwise, they will be sent via standard mail.

  • What if I lose or don't receive my tickets?
    If you lose or don't receive your tickets, please arrive at the concert venue early so we can help you at the auditorium box office.

    Do my tickets from a cancelled 2020 concert apply to season 2021-22 concerts? 
    No, tickets from concerts that were cancelled in the spring of 2020 cannot be used for similar concerts that are scheduled for the 2021-22 season.

    What are my options if I can no longer attend a concert?
    In the event of an illness or conflict, you may: request a refund; credit the amount to your account; donate the tickets to the KSO to offset production costs; exchange the tickets for a different concert; or receive credit via a gift certificate. Please follow the instructions below to make a request:

  • How do I get KSO Gift Certificates?
    Gift certificates may be purchased online, over the phone, or at our main office.
