Sarkozy Brunch Concert -- KSO's Free Community Concert Series

Sarkozy Brunch Concert -- KSO's Free Community Concert Series
KSO musicians present two, free Sunday morning brunch concerts at Sarkozy Bakery. Listen to your chamber favorites with friends and family as you enjoy Sarkozy's delicious baked goods and coffee! Concerts are at 11 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. in the Sarkozy atrium. These concerts are free, open to the public, and part of our ongoing community events, bringing music to you!
Join us in the Sarkozy atrium to hear our Artists in Residence perform two modern works: Connesson's energetic, fast-paced, disco-inspired "Disco Toccata"; and Henryson's "Off Pist," a lively, skittering piece with jazz inflections and Swedish folk elements. We'll close with Mozart's beautiful "Quintet for Clarinet and Strings in A-major, K.581," which may be the first composition written for clarinet and string quartet.
Our performers: Georgiy Borisov, clarinet, along with Julia Neckermann, Violin I; Lisa A. Williams, Violin II; Nicholas Jeffery, Viola; and Igor Cetkovic, cello.
ACCESSIBILITY: We strive to make all venues where the KSO offers concerts fully accessible to all. To request an accommodation or for inquiries about accessibility, please contact the KSO office at 269-349-7759.
