Ticket & Season Subscription Options

Subscriptions: Season 2023/24 subscription packages are on sale now! You may also subscribe in person at our downtown office in the Epic Center, 359 South Kalamazoo Mall, Suite 100, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., Tuesday-Friday.

To ensure that you receive important concert updates, we recommend adding the following email addresses to your email program's address book:

  • When can I purchase tickets? 
    All tickets are on sale now!

  • Where can I purchase tickets to KSO concerts?
    There are several ways to purchase tickets to KSO concerts:
    • Subscribe online today!
    • Purchase individual concert tickets online.
    • Call our office on weekdays between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. at 269.349.7759.
    • Visit us in person at our Epic Center office: 359 South Kalamazoo Mall, Suite 100, weekdays from 10 a.m. - 4 p.m.
    • Visit the Community Box Office in the Epic Center lobby on weekdays from 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. (closed 1:30-2 p.m.), or call 269.250.6894.
    • Purchase individual concert tickets online or in person through the Miller Auditorium Ticket Office.
    • These outlets are the only organizations authorized to sell Kalamazoo Symphony tickets. Third-party organizations may sell Symphony tickets at an increased price. We cannot exchange, refund, move, or make adjustments to any tickets purchased through an unauthorized third-party vendor.
  • Will I receive tickets after I place an order?
    All online ticket orders default to a Print at Home ticket option. Print At Home tickets will attached as a PDF in an email sent to the email address on your account. If you would prefer to have your tickets mailed, you can change the Delivery Option before completing your purchase.

    You can request your tickets to be mailed or held at Will Call. If you choose to have your tickets held at Will Call, they will be available for pickup an hour before your performance.

    Are there fees attached to a ticket purchase?
  • Yes, every ticket purchase will have fees added before checkout. Symphony Subscribers have ticket fees waived all season. Click "Subscribe & Save" to learn more about becoming a Symphony Subscriber!
  • What if I lose or don't receive my tickets?
    If you lose or don't receive your tickets, please arrive at the concert venue early so we can help you at the auditorium box office.

    Do my tickets from a canceled 2020 concert apply to season 2023/24 concerts? 
    No, tickets from concerts canceled in the spring of 2020 cannot be used for similar concerts scheduled for the 2023/24 season.

    What are my options if I can no longer attend a concert?
    In the event of an illness or conflict, you may credit the amount to your account, donate the tickets to the KSO to offset production costs, or exchange the tickets for a different concert. Please call the Symphony offices at 269.349.7759 to make a request. If you choose to credit the amount to your account, that credit must be used within the season it was credited.
