Raymond Harvey, Conductor
Western Michigan University Grand Chorus
Kimberly Dunn Adams, Director of WMUGC

Prelude talk by Maestro Harvey at 7pm

Since its enthusiastic premiere in 1846, Elijah has assured its place in the choral repertoire as second only to Handel's Messiah. Recounting the Old Testament story as told in the Book of Kings, this powerful work is a vivid depiction of scenes from the prophet's life.
