Season Tickets

Choose from our traditional concert series packages, or create your own series with our Flex Ticket option. Either way, you will enjoy valuable subscriber benefits.

Ticket Exchanges for Subscribers

The KSO exchange policy is designed to help subscribers avoid schedule conflicts and receive the full value of series tickets. Subscribers may exchange their tickets for any other subscription concert in the current season. As a benefit to our KSO Subscribers there is NO FEE CHARGED FOR EXCHANGING unless you are exchanging lower priced tickets for more expensive tickets. All exchanges are subject to availability; seat locations cannot be guaranteed. For especially popular concerts, concerts on different days or in a different series, you may have to exchange for seats in a lower-priced section.

Exchanges must be made up to 2 days before concert time on your scheduled concert date.

Ticket Exchange for Non-Subscribers

For all non-subscriber tickets exchanges, there is a $4 service charge per order in additional to any difference between the value of your exchanged tickets.

To exchange your ticket, stop by or call the KSO Office (269) 349-7759, 9am-5pm, Mon-Fri. Or you may mail your tickets and a note explaining your exchange to:

Discounted Group Tickets

Looking for a fun outing for your company, scout troop, Sunday school class or social group?

The Kalamazoo Symphony Group Sales office is ready to help plan your next event. With a variety of great venues and multiple musical experiences to choose from, we can meet your specific needs and tastes!
The Kalamazoo Symphony Group Sales office can reserve your seats with no deposit necessary and final numbers along with your payment are typically due 2-3 weeks prior to the concert.

Single Concert Tickets

Tickets for individual concerts go on sale August 15, 2011, and may be purchased online, by phone (269) 387-2300, or at any Miller Auditorium Ticket Office location. All sales are final.

Children at Concerts

Every person must have a ticket. Children under four years old should not attend our concerts due to the length and volume of the performance. Our Musical Storybook series was created to provide appropriate musical experiences for pre-school children.

Gift Certificate

A great gift (and stocking stuffer), KSO Gift Certificates are available in any amount and may be used to purchase KSO concert tickets, CD's and merchandise. To order, stop by or call the KSO Office (269) 349-7759, 9am-5pm, Mon-Fri.
